The upper plate 51 is rotatable around a horizontal axis connecting the upper ends of the vertical frame 14. The lower plate 52 is rotatably connected to the lower edge portion of the upper plate 51. The lower plate 52 is provided with a guide shaft 57 at the lower end thereof that engages with the lower plate 52 so as to be able to move up and down along the linear guide groove 53. The support unit 40 is provided at the lower end of the lower plate 52 in a portion close to the vertical frame 14, and is rotatable around a rotation shaft parallel to the side surface perpendicular to the lower end surface of the lower plate 52.
