The present invention relates to a novel process for the synthesis of a conductive textile based on a textile substrate, crosslinked electrolyte polymers and semiconductor polymers enveloping the entire textile-polymer electrolyte comprising the steps of (a) polymerization of at least one monomer electrolyte in the structure of the fibers of the textile, in the presence of a crosslinking agent; (b) polymerization of at least one semiconductor monomer at the surface of the textile / crosslinked electrolyte polymer composite obtained in step a), in the presence of an oxidant, as well as the textiles or textile fibers thus obtained and their uses for example in the biomedical field.
