USE OF DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER HSP22 PROTEIN IN PREPARATION OF ANTI-TUMOR DRUG

Provided is the use of the Drosophila melanogaster Hsp22 protein in the preparation of an anti-tumor drug. In a pharmacological activity experiment, some of the therapeutic effects of the Drosophila melanogaster Hsp22 protein on a Ras tumor Drosophila melanogaster model and a mouse tumor model are evaluated, thus discovering that the Drosophila melanogaster Hsp22 protein has a good anti-tumor activity. The Drosophila melanogaster Hsp22 protein can be used for developing new anti-tumor drugs, and has important medical prospects and economic value.
