An indoor illuminator simulating natural light, comprising a bracket (2), a light exit module (3), a light emitting assembly, and an adjustment assembly (4). A first light exit window (21) is formed on the bracket (2). The light exit module (3) is mounted on the bracket (2) and covers the first light exit window (21). The light emitting assembly comprises a first light source (5) and a second light source (6). The first light source (5) is provided on the light exit module (3). The second light source (6) is provided on the adjustment assembly (4). The adjustment assembly (4) is mounted on the bracket (2). The adjustment assembly (4) rotates with respect to the bracket (2) to implement the simulation of natural light by adjusting irradiation of different light sources in the light emitting assembly. In addition, an included angle between light sources (5, 6) provided on the adjustment assembly (4) and a horizontal plane is controlled to change by controlling the adjustment assembly (4), thus simulating illumination effects of natural light at different moments.
