Disclosed are a driving force recovery control method and device, and a 48V drive system. The driving force recovery control method is applied to a case where a driving condition is switched from a coasting mode to a driving mode. Said method comprises: determining a target gear of a transmission and a target rotation speed of an engine; and controlling the rotation speed of the engine to increase to the target rotation speed, and when the engine starts to increase the rotation speed, controlling a shift fork of the transmission to engage the target gear.
