A small molecular compound and use thereof in preparing anti-tumor metastasis drugs. An intermediate 1 is prepared by taking p-aminophenol and tert-butyldimethylchlorosilane as starting raw materials, an intermediate 2 is obtained by reacting the intermediate 1 with nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride, an intermediate 3 is obtained by reacting the intermediate 2 with tetrabutylammonium fluoride trihydrate, and a small molecular compound is obtained by reacting the intermediate 3 with o-chlorobenzyl alcohol. The small molecular compound affects the recombination of skeleton protein during tumor cell metastasis, and has a significant inhibitory effect on tumor cell metastasis.
