The invention falls within the field of biomedical technology, and invents a new anti-tumor compound which forms an immune activator cisplatin complex by means of a reaction with a cisplatin drug molecule via an innate immune pathway agonist. Such an anti-tumor drug may have dual anti-tumor effects, realizing the activation of the natural immune pathway (the production of immune T-cells against tumors) and the anti-tumor effect of the cisplatin chemical drug, and compared with monofunctional cisplatin anti-cancer chemical drugs, the anti-tumor synergism and attenuation effects of the drug are remarkable. Therefore, this new immune activator cisplatin anti-tumor drug has good potential clinical application prospects.
