The objective of the present invention is to make it possible for an administrator to easily see the situations of multiple voice conferences. A voice conference device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention provides multiple voice conferences via a network, the voice conference device 1 comprising: a voice conference unit 121 that transmits and receives, to and from multiple user terminals used by multiple users participating in the respective multiple voice conferences, voice uttered in the voice conferences; a voice analysis unit 122 that analyzes voice uttered in each of the multiple voice conferences; and a display control unit 124 that displays, on an administrator terminal used by an administrator who administers multiple voice conferences, the analysis results of voice uttered in the voice conferences from the voice analysis unit in association with the respective multiple voice conferences.
