Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving downlink control information (DCI) in a wireless communication system. A method to be performed by a base station comprises steps in which: configuration information for scheduling one or more PDSCHs to one or more cells through one piece of DCI is transmitted to a UE through upper layer signalling; at least one of a carrier indicator field (CIF) or a cell group indicator field (GIF) included in the DCI, the size of a frequency domain resource allocation field commonly applied to the one or more PDSCHs, and at least one modulation and coding scheme (MCS) field and/or MCS offset field are determined according to the configuration information; and the at least one of the CIF or GIF, the frequency domain resource allocation field having the determined size, and the at least one MCS field and/or MCS offset field are transmitted to the UE by being included in the DCI for scheduling the plurality of PDSCHs to a plurality of cells, respectively, according to the configuration information.
