The present invention proposes a method of calculating high-resolution numerical temperature information for the entire region of the Korean Peninsula in consideration of detailed topographical information. The process of the present invention consists of an altitude correction process performed on all grids, a canyon parameterization process applied according to the topographic classification of each grid, a hill parameterization process, an index utilization correction process, and a systematic error correction process. The present invention can perform a scale detailing process in consideration of detailed topographical information by using a local forecast model currently operated by the Korea Meteorological Administration.
