Disclosed are a method and a system for improving multi-device-based speaker segmentation performance. The speaker segmentation method includes: receiving a voice file recorded in each electronic device from a plurality of electronic devices; estimating the number of candidate clusters based on an embedding matrix calculated for the voice file for each electronic device; determining a final number of clusters using the number of candidate clusters for each electronic device; and performing speaker division clustering using the final number of clusters.
