Hybrid meshing method for finite element analysis

In this specification, a method of combining discrete structured meshes of arbitrarily ordered elements with regular structured grids to enable discretization of complex models for finite element analysis is described. The method utilizes the hybrid discretization technique to maintain the computational efficiency of the grid for undesirable or unneeded models within the model.
