A method includes receiving, via a first user device over a network, a livestream video; presenting, via the first user device to a first user, the livestream video; selecting a second user with whom the livestream video is to be shared, the selecting being based on relevance of content of the livestream video to the second user; and causing a transmission, to a second user device of the second user, of a notification that at least the first user is watching the livestream video.
