The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a thermally conductive film comprising a thermally conductive polymer composite composition and an LED luminaire including the same, and the thermally conductive film produced according to the manufacturing method of the present invention includes a polymer resin, a thermally conductive carbon filler, and a thermally conductive metal. As the filler is mixed at a specific mixing ratio and used, the heat dissipation property (vertical thermal conductivity) is improved, and the acrylic resin penetrates between the layers of the carbon material while sufficiently stirring while maintaining a certain amount of the polymer resin and the organic solvent. It has the effect of being sufficiently mixed and evenly distributed, and by adding the process of removing the organic solvent, it maintains the dispersion uniformity and prevents phase separation between heterogeneous particles, thereby exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity characteristics while the electrical conductivity is remarkably low.
