The present invention relates to a voice control system and a wake-up method thereof, a wake-up device and a home appliance, and a coprocessor. The wake-up method includes a collecting step of collecting voice information; a processing step of processing the voice information to determine whether the voice information includes a human voice, separating a voice information segment including a human voice if the voice information includes a human voice, and entering a recognition step; a recognition step of recognizing a wake-up word from a speech information segment including a human voice, entering a wake-up step when the wake-up word is recognized, and returning to the collection step when the wake-up word is not recognized; and a wake-up step of waking up the voice recognition processor. Each member is individually modularly designed in this way. The speech recognition processor only works when speech recognition is required, avoiding constant all-weather operation, reducing energy consumption. The voice wake-up device recognizes only the wake-up word and has low power consumption, consumes very little energy even when operating in all-weather conditions, and solves the problem that the power consumption of the conventional voice recognition is relatively large.
