Disclosed is a surgical tool assistance robot, comprising a support base (10), a tool main body (20) and a control module (30). The tool main body (20) comprises a tool turntable (22), and the tool turntable (22) is provided with tool storage holes (221) for the insertion of surgical tools. A surgeon's voice request is input by means of a voice input unit of the control module (30), a voice recognition unit recognizes the type and model of a surgical tool needed by the surgeon, and a control unit controls a second driving component (25) to operate according to the recognition result to enable the tool turntable (22) to turn such that the tool storage hole (221) corresponding to the surgical tool needed by the surgeon turns to a side close to the surgeon, so that it is convenient for the surgeon to pick up the surgical tool without difficulty. The surgical tool assistance robot provided by the present invention can recognize the surgeon's needs by means of voice to achieve the automatic delivery of surgical tools, without it being necessary for a nurse to be separately present and search for and deliver surgical tools, which can reduce the surgical risk caused by human error and also reduce nurses' work stress, and reduce the labor cost.
