A control method and apparatus for realizing animation effects for a light fixture, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a rotation command sent by a motherboard of the light fixture (S101); determining rotation parameters to which the rotation command corresponds, the rotation parameters comprising a rotation period and a pause period (S102); driving a motor to rotate according to the rotation parameters, such that the pattern disc rotates cyclically to form animation having flowing motion, the pattern disc being provided with a plurality of continuous and related patterns (S103). The control method and apparatus, the device and the storage medium can efficiently and flexibly control the animation displayed by the animation light fixture and enhances animation display effects.
