A radioactive radon and thoron daughter concentration measurement method based on a solid state nuclear track. Air containing radon/thoron is pumped in, a daughter of the radon/thoron is retained on a sampling head filter membrane, then α particles released by the daughter enter a CR39 solid state nuclear track detection element to form a damaged track, and meanwhile, the radon/thoron is pumped out by an air pump. Four aluminum filter membranes having different thicknesses are designed, and after daughters pass through the four aluminum filter membranes having different thicknesses, the energy of the daughters after being attenuated to CR39 is ensured to be 3-5 MeV, and the CR39 response product is ensured to be accurate. The CR39 solid state nuclear track detector is taken out after the accumulation measurement is finished, the track density is measured after etching, and the concentrations of the radon/thoron and the daughter thereof are quantitatively analyzed.
