FITNESS GUIDANCE METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

Provided are a fitness guidance method and an electronic device. By means of the method, a user can be guided to a preset position for fitness, such that a full-body image of the user is captured, and an accurate evaluation of a fitness movement of the user is provided, thereby improving the fitness experience of the user. The method comprises: an electronic device detecting a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for enabling a fitness function; controlling a movable camera on the electronic device to change a capturing angle, so as to obtain at least two images captured by the camera at different capturing angles, wherein the at least two images comprise a user image; determining position information of a user according to the at least two images; when it is determined that the position information indicates not being at a preset position, guiding the user to move to the preset position; and when the user has moved to the preset position, starting a fitness process.
