Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a multimedia processing chip, an electronic device, and a dynamic image processing method. The multimedia processing chip comprises an image signal processor and a neural network processor; the image signal processor counts status information of image data; the neural network processor performs neural network algorithm processing on the image data; and the multimedia processing chip at least preprocesses the image data by means of the neural network processor and sends the status information and the preprocessed image data to an application processing chip.
