A time precision calibration method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: controlling pulse signals received by a time-to-digital converter (114) within each sampling time cycle to be uniformly distributed; when the number of pulse signals collected within each collection time period reaches a target number, acquiring an actual number of pulses and a theoretical number of pulses that are collected within each collection time period, and the total number of pulses collected within sampling time cycles; then acquiring an accumulated deviation value of the number of pulses; and finally calibrating the minimum ranging time precision according to the accumulated deviation value, so as to improve the time measurement precision of a time-of-flight module (110). Since a plurality of pulse signals are uniformly distributed within a sampling time cycle of a time-to-digital converter (114), the number of pulse signals within each collection time period can reflect the time length of each minimum ranging time precision, and the minimum ranging time precision can be calibrated by means of an accumulated deviation value of the number of pulses.
