The method comprises: acquiring identity information and health detection information of a subject to be tested (S1); querying within each block according to the identity information to obtain a query result (S2); when the query result is characterized as having a target block that corresponds to the identity information, writing the health detection information into the target block (S3); and according to the health detection information and historical health detection information in the target block, obtaining first management and control information that corresponds to the identity information (S4).
