A porous cylinder, a gas flow control valve, and a mounting method for the gas flow control valve. The porous cylinder (1) comprises multiple pipe bundles filled within a gas injection piping; inside the pipe bundles are respectively provided individual flow channels so that a percolation channel is formed inside the piping, where the inner diameter, length, and permeability of the pipe bundles are determined in advance on the basis of a Reynolds number less than 2300; and, the porous cylinder (1) is capable of implementing a steady gas flow in a gas injection channel. Provided within a valve body (21) of the gas flow control valve (2) are multiple tubular channels provided sequentially in the horizontal direction of the valve body. The tubular channels comprise: pipe flow channels (24) and multiple percolation channels (25). The percolation channels (25) are provided therein with the porous cylinders (1). Multiple connecting channels (221) are provided in a valve cover; moreover, the connecting channels (221) respectively are in one-to-one communication on one end with the interior of the tubular channels, the connecting channels (221) respectively are provided on the other end with valve rods, and the valve rods are utilized to implement the coordinated opening and closing of the multiple tubular channels so as to regulate the output ratio of an injected gas. In addition, further provided is a mounting method for the gas flow control valve.
