A pneumatic elevator handle and a dental elevator comprising the pneumatic elevator handle, which solve the problem where the movement direction and the movement distance of an elevator head (11) of a dental elevator are difficult to control. The pneumatic elevator handle is used for assembling with the elevator head (11). The pneumatic elevator handle comprises a handle sleeve (A), a locking assembly (B) for performing positional limiting on the elevator head (11), a pneumatic assembly used for driving the elevator head (11) to extend and retract within the handle sleeve (A), and an elastic control assembly (I) used for controlling a strike force and a strike rate of the elevator head (11) driven by the pneumatic assembly. One end of the elevator head (11) is installed within a head end of the handle sleeve (A). The locking assembly (B) is connected to the head end of the handle sleeve (A). The pneumatic assembly is arranged within the handle sleeve (A). The elastic control assembly (I) is arranged within the handle sleeve (A), and the elastic control assembly (I) is located between the pneumatic assembly and the head end of the handle sleeve (A). The pneumatic elevator handle and the dental elevator are used for improving device safety and controllability when extracting a tooth.
