A deterioration estimation device (20) comprises a storage processing unit (210) and a calculation unit (240). The storage processing unit (210) acquires a plurality of models from a model generation device (10) and causes a model storage unit (220) to store, therein, the plurality of models. The plurality of models are generated by performing machine learning on training data, with training measurement data serving as an input value and an SOH serving as a target value, the training measurement data indicating a result of measuring a state of a storage battery when the number of charge and discharge cycles is αi to αj (where, j ≥ i), and the SOH indicating the deteriorated state of the storage battery when the number of charge and discharge cycles is β (where, β > αj). The calculation unit (240) calculates the estimation result of the SOH transition of a storage battery (30) managed by the deterioration estimation device (20), by using the plurality of models stored in the model storage unit (220).
