To modify estimation of man-hours and required quality created by a user on the basis of past actual result.SOLUTION: A project management support device includes: an input part for receiving inputs of information representing an extent inputted by a user and information showing the type of use of a product about the scale of a project or quality required to the product of the project; and an estimation part for modifying the information representing the extent inputted by the user by using a learned model which is caused to learn features of information representing an actual result of the scale of the project or the quality required to the product by using a self-encoder using a neural network and the information showing the type of use of the product, and generating information representing an estimation value of the scale of the project or the quality required to the product of the project.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
