Upon receiving this transmission, the cloud server 2 searches a tool information storage unit 25 and a rental price storage unit 28 with the equipment code, and transmits display data for an equipment guidance screen including the average rental price and the rental price of a business operator for the welfare equipment corresponding to the equipment code to the mobile terminal device 1.
