The present invention relates to an integrated payment system for a transaction of a wholesaler, and more specifically, to an integrated payment system for a transaction of a wholesaler that facilitates a transaction by making a payment in a virtual account between different suppliers. A payment system for a wholesale transaction includes a transaction relay server (DS); a virtual account creation module (IC) for generating virtual accounts from the transaction relay server (DS) to the suppliers (P1, P2, P3) according to the purchase transaction and the supply transaction; a virtual purchase credit module (ISC) and a virtual supply credit module (IPC) for accumulating credit according to a purchase transaction or a supply transaction in the virtual account; and a purchase key generation unit (SK) and a supply key generation unit (PK) that respectively generate a purchase key and a supply key for a purchase transaction or a supply transaction, wherein the purchase transaction or supply transaction is performed in the purchase key or supply key. Based on this, the purchase key or supply key is updated every purchase transaction or supply transaction.
