The present invention relates to a method for recovering lithium carbonate, and more particularly, to a method for recovering high-purity lithium carbonate from a spent lithium secondary battery using a solvent extraction method. The lithium recovery method according to the present invention has an effect of removing impurities at the same time as concentration, so that high-purity lithium carbonate can be recovered, so it can be widely applied to industries requiring high-purity lithium carbonate, such as the secondary battery industry.
