The present invention relates to a sample collector for ground survey using a portable hand drill. The present invention is a guide member 200 erected perpendicular to the ground and having a guide rail 210 formed on one side; A rail block 300 that moves up and down along the guide rail 210 of the guide member 200 and has a drill fixing part 320 formed thereon so that the hand drill 100 is detachably fixed to one side; a coupling 400 coupled to the drive shaft of the hand drill 100; a core drill 500 coupled to the coupling 400 and having a space therein and forming a machining blade at the lower end; and a sample collection tube 600 that is slide-inserted into the space of the core drill 500 to form an integral body. The present invention has the advantage that the operator can carry and move easily and conveniently to the soil sample collection site for ground investigation, and the operator can conveniently install it at the work position.
