A finger-detachable dexterous robotic hand, comprising a dexterous robotic palm (10) and a plurality of dexterous robotic fingers (20), a plurality of finger mounting grooves (101) being mounted on the dexterous robotic palm (10) and used for inserting and mounting the dexterous robotic fingers (20), and further comprising: latch assemblies (102) mounted in the finger mounting grooves (101); and a locking block (201) provided at an insertion end of each dexterous robotic finger (20). The latch assemblies (102) and the locking blocks (201) are mated with each other in a locking connection manner for assembly and disassembly of the dexterous robotic fingers (20) and the finger mounting grooves (101).
