The LNG ISO tank equipped with baffles for preventing water hammer, according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of baffles; and end weld zones, wherein the plurality of baffles includes an upper hole, a lower hole, and a manhole. In addition, it is preferable that the lower hole and the manhole of the plurality of baffles are staggered with each other so that an internal liquefied gas does not directly hit the end weld zones when the liquefied gas reciprocates in an axial direction. In addition, it is preferable that the weld zones are located at the end and located so as not to directly contact the lower hole of the baffle in the axial direction. According to the present invention, the plurality of baffles have the effect of buffering an axial impact of the internal liquefied gas because the bottom hole and the manhole are bored in a staggered manner.
