It is possible to quickly build a seismic performance evaluation database in advance for piloty structures vulnerable to earthquakes due to vertical and horizontal irregularities, and to quickly evaluate seismic performance based on the seismic performance evaluation database secured in advance. By considering vertical and horizontal irregularities through a hybrid mono-induction model that combines a mono-induction model representing a soft layer phenomenon and a mono-induction model representing a torsion phenomenon, a dynamic response database quickly without complex computer modeling and analysis processes. In addition, among the existing seismic performance evaluation methods, the seismic performance of piloti structures, which are not subject to preliminary evaluation, can be quickly evaluated based on simple input information. A seismic performance evaluation database-based piloti structure seismic performance evaluation system and method are provided.
