It is possible to quickly build a seismic performance evaluation database in advance for piloty structures vulnerable to earthquakes due to vertical and horizontal irregularities, and to quickly evaluate seismic performance based on the seismic performance evaluation database secured in advance. By considering vertical and horizontal irregularities through a hybrid mono-induction model that combines a mono-induction model representing a soft layer phenomenon and a mono-induction model representing a torsion phenomenon, a dynamic response database quickly without complex computer modeling and analysis processes.
