FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of biotechnology, particularly to a method for securing vigour of rice hybrids in subsequent generations, including removing semi-lethal genes from the genotype of heterotic hybrids and hybridisation of contrasting samples of one hybrid combination.
