The present application relates to a JAK inhibitor, a preparation method thereof, and application in the field of medicine, and belongs to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The present application provides a novel small molecule JAK inhibitor, wherein the small molecule JAK inhibitor has a structure represented by the general formula II. The compound represented by the general formula II provided by the present application has better drug efficacy and safety in the prevention or treatment of JAK-related indications. II
