A facility condition analysis system is disclosed. The facility state analysis system includes: a plurality of heterogeneous sensors respectively provided in facilities of an industrial site to sense facility conditions, respectively; a portable sensing device that is wirelessly connected to a plurality of heterogeneous sensors, respectively, to obtain sensing data on a facility state; a communication device in communication with the portable sensing device; a user terminal displaying each sensed data received through the communication device; a management device that collects each sensing data received through the communication device in real time and displays a result of each of the collected sensing data; and an analysis terminal for analyzing a result of each sensed data received through the communication device.
