A flowchart generation method using static data of PLC program information according to the present invention includes standardizing symbols of PLC program information; establishing logic connections of inputs and outputs for PLC program information including standardized symbols; and generating a flowchart corresponding to the set logic connection according to the operation classification criterion when the output is set as an operation classification criterion of any one of a DO operation and an UNDO operation.
