The present invention provides a membrane electrode assembly comprising a positive electrode of a PEMFC using a porous carbon sheet as a support for a platinum catalyst. The platinum-supported porous carbon sheet of the present invention can be usefully used as a catalyst electrode that can reduce platinum used in a hydrogen fuel cell.
