The present invention relates to topical formulations comprising a compound of the formula for the treatment of ocular neovascularization: Compound-I is present in solution or suspension at about 0.005% to about 5.0% (w/v), such that the solution or suspension delivers the compound to the posterior segment of the eye to inhibit VEGF in the retina and/or choroid.
