A satisfaction survey system through motion recognition in field space

When a spectator who leaves the site such as a tourist destination or an exhibition hall expresses his/her evaluation with gestures such as hand signals and gestures in front of the exit, the motion is captured and recognized with a video camera to investigate the satisfaction of spectators. A satisfaction survey system through recognition, comprising: an image acquisition unit that acquires a spectator image captured by the camera device, and acquires photographing information of the spectator image; a satisfaction extracting unit for detecting a motion signal by recognizing a motion of a spectator in the spectator image, and extracting a satisfaction level corresponding to the detected motion signal; an attribute extracting unit for extracting an attribute value from the image of the spectator or shooting information of the spectator's image and setting a corresponding attribute of satisfaction with the extracted attribute value; and a statistical analysis unit for calculating statistical values by statistically analyzing the data of satisfaction, combining attributes to calculate statistical values for each attribute combination. With the system as described above, at the exit, the viewer displays satisfaction with a simple body movement, recognizes it and analyzes it, thereby saving time and money due to the satisfaction survey and increasing the degree of participation of the spectator.
