The present invention provides a lignin depolymerization catalyst and a method for producing a lignin-derived bio-oil using the same, more particularly, a metal oxide; and graphene oxide on which the metal oxide is supported and doped with nitrogen and metal particles; and a lignin-derived bio-oil using the same.
