The present invention is a low-altitude wind shear warning system that can overcome the limitation of not observing wind shear occurring on a low-altitude air route. In particular, the predicted wind data is extracted in units of altitude of 100 ft along the airport take-off route from the prediction data of the high-resolution numerical model. And by using such predicted wind data, the low-altitude wind shear is calculated and a warning can be issued quickly, so that when the aircraft 100 taking off at a low altitude of 2000 ft or less encounters a strong wind shear due to its low speed, it loses lift and crashes. The invention relates to a method for predicting low-altitude wind shear in an aircraft take-off path that can be thoroughly reduced.
