CHATBOT SERVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM FOR SESRCHING INFORMATION IN THE RELEVANT KNOWLEDGE FIELD AND METHOD THEREOF

A chatbot service providing system and method capable of retrieving information in a relevant knowledge field are provided. The method comprises the steps of: calculating, by the chatbot management server, query accuracy for query data received from a user terminal; generating, by the chatbot management server, matching data stored in a DB with the query data when the calculated query accuracy is higher than a preset reference query accuracy; calculating, by the chatbot management server, matching accuracy for the matching data; and generating, by the chatbot management server, the matching data matched with the query data as answer data when the calculated matching accuracy is higher than a preset reference matching accuracy.
