Disclosed is an artificial breeding method for tea garden Chouioia cunea, comprising: collect breeding bees: pupae of tea garden Lepidopteran pests are collected, when eclosed, Chouioia cunea serve as first-generation breeding bees; propagate breeding bees: pupae of Antherea pernyi are used as substitute hosts, the first-generation breeding bees are grafted into a bee propagating box at a bee-to-pupa ratio of 10:1 to 200:1; incubate second-generation breeding bees: the parasitized pupae of Antherea pernyi are ventilated and cultured at a temperature of 24 °C to 26 °C and a humidity of 40% to 60%; graft bees by batch: batched grafting of bees is performed on pupae of Antherea pernyi with the second-generation breeding bees produced; incubate and develop: incubation is done under conditions in which the temperature is 24 °C to 26 °C and the humidity is 40% to 60%; refrigerate: when the parasitized pupae of Antherea pernyi are incubated and developed for 10 days, the Chouioia cunea grown and developed undergo a diapause treatment and then are refrigerated; and, warm bees: the refrigerated pupae of Antherea pernyi are retrieved and gradually warmed to 25 °C in a constant-temperature incubation box for bee warming and bee releasing. The present invention increases the yield of Chouioia cunea produced by artificial breeding, increases the efficiency of artificially breeding Chouioia cunea, and reduces costs for artificial breeding.
