REGIONAL MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON EM+RFID, AND THEFT PREVENTION METHOD FOR ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM THEREOF

Provided are a regional management and control system based on EM+RFID, and a theft prevention method for an access control system thereof. The regional management and control system comprises: an EM+RFID confidential medium storage cabinet (110) for storing a secret-related article with an EM+RFID passive tag (150) adhered thereto; a portable RFID card reader (120) for identifying the tag on the secret-related article; an access control system (130) for identifying whether a person who enters and exits a region carries an EM medium or the secret-related article with the EM+RFID passive tag (150) adhered thereto; and an EM+RFID management and control system software platform (140) for communicating with the EM+RFID confidential medium storage cabinet (110), the portable RFID card reader (120) and the access control system (130) to realize data synchronization and the management of the regional management and control system. According to the regional management and control system, EM+RFID dual-frequency technology is used as a means for regional management and control. EM can perfectly remedy the defects of RFID being reflected by metal and shielding cloths and absorbed by a human body and water. Moreover, EM is a magnetic medium, has a strong frequency band anti-interference capacity and is not prone to being shielded and absorbed; and the monitoring rate can reach 99.9% by means of processing by an amplifying circuit, thereby greatly improving the management capacity of a confidential medium.
