Disclosed are a negative pressure air-suction-type air purification system and an air purification method. The negative pressure air-suction-type air purification system comprises at least two negative pressure air-suction-type air purifiers (100) which are connected in an end-to-end manner. Each negative pressure air-suction-type air purifier (100) comprises: a first vehicle body (110), which comprises a first bottom plate (111); a box body (120), which is arranged on the front side of the upper part of the first bottom plate (111); a negative pressure air-suction-type air pump (150), which is arranged to be adjacent to the box body (120); and a wiring board (180), which is arranged to be adjacent to the negative pressure air-suction-type air pump (150) and is electrically connected to the negative pressure air-suction-type air pump, wherein the other end of a second air outlet pipe (170) of the negative pressure air-suction-type air purifier (100) on the front side is connected to one end of a first air inlet pipe (130) of the negative pressure air-suction-type air purifier (100) on the rear side by means of a hose (200). According to the negative pressure air-suction-type air purification system and the air purification method, flexible assembly according to different conditions can be achieved, the use is convenient, movement can be achieved, harmful substances, such as bacteria and viruses, can be efficiently removed from the air, and at the same time, no secondary dust or chemical pollution is generated.
