A device (1) which is reversibly connectable to a filter knock box (10) for espresso coffee machines, said device (1) being characterized in that it comprises: • a structure (2) adapted to support at least one bag,said structure (2) comprising one or more longitudinal elements (3) connected to one another to form a frame (9) delimiting an area by at least one closed edge; • at least one attachment member (4, 5, 6, 7) which is connected to said frame (9) and reversibly connectable to said filter knock bar (17) of said filter knock box (10) so that, when said structure (2) is connected to the filter knock bar (17) said structure (2) is suspended from the filter knock bar (17) of said container (10) inside the housing (15) of said container (10), and said frame (9) is at least partially opposed to the opening (16) of said container (10), said bag being capable of being inserted into said frame (9) so as to cross a surface delimited by said closed edge and turned over about its opening, on said frame (9), so as to be reversibly connectable to said structure (2), and so that, when said structure (2) is suspended from the filter knock bar (17) and a bag is reversibly connected to said structure (2), the opening of said bag is facing, at least partially, towards the opening (16) of said container (10).
