An incubator and culture system for providing an environment similar to the human body, comprising a cell culture unit, according to the present invention, provide: a cell culture unit for creating an environment of the inside of the human body in which tension and a compressive force are provided to specific cells; and an incubator and culture system comprising the cell culture unit. The cell culture unit comprises: a tension provision part which has an upwardly-open inner space formed therein; a supply part which communicates with the bottom surface of the tension provision part so that air may flow toward the inner space; an elastic culture part which is inserted in the inner space so as to seal a portion of the inner space, has cells positioned on the upper portion thereof, and expands toward the upper portion of the tension provision part by having air from the supply part injected therein; and a compression part which is positioned on the upper portion of the elastic culture part so as to limit the expansion of the elastic culture part, wherein, as the elastic culture part expands toward the compression part, tension acts on the cells toward the circumference of the elastic culture part.
