PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of temperature in facility, a control program of temperature in facility and a control device of temperature in facility which are capable of suppressing occurrence of high temperature injury of crop.;SOLUTION: A greenhouse environment prediction part predicts temperature transition in a greenhouse where tomatoes are cultivated, and a temperature control method specifying part specifies a temperature control method inside the greenhouse in which time when temperature inside the greenhouse continues to keep first temperature (e.g. 36°C) or higher does not become a predetermined time (e.g. 3 hours) or longer on the basis of a predicted result.
