PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration rhythm adjustment device and a sleep inducing device that can be inhibited from falling from a user, hardly prevents the user from changing his or her sleeping posture, and can impart cyclical stimulation suitable for inducing sleep to a stimulation part high in a sleep inducing effect.;SOLUTION: A respiration rhythm adjustment device includes: an instruction input device; an attaching part 10; and a drive device 20 being continuously provided to the attaching part 10, including a control part 60, a stimulation imparting part 70, and a sensor 40 for detecting falling asleep of a user. The control part 60 reads a stimulation speed associated with a stimulation part from a storage part 61, calculates a stimulation candidate shifting from the stimulation speed by a predetermined amount, outputs a drive signal according to the stimulation candidate, acquires a detection period from output start of the drive signal to the detection of falling asleep by the sensor 40, and, when the detection period is shorter than the falling-asleep time, causes the storage part 61 to store the stimulation candidate and the detection period in association with the stimulation part as the stimulation speed and the falling-asleep time.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2021,JPO&INPIT
